Questions from venues and partners
Yes! We supply and install the charging station at £0 upfront cost. Your venue simply provides a suitable location, electricity and Wi-Fi.
Your venue earns an agreed percentage of power-bank rental revenue.
We offer a 30-day trial, allowing you to see how the service works in your venue. After the trial, the partnership can continue under your venue agreement.
No installation, equipment rental or standard maintenance fees. You simply provide access to a power socket and Wi-Fi.
Just a suitable indoor space, a power socket and Wi-Fi. Our team handles installation, setup and testing.
Very little involvement is needed. 321Charge handles payments, maintenance and technical support. Staff can report any issues directly to us.

Yes! Charging cables are built into the power banks, so there’s no need to bring your own. Each power bank includes USB-C, Lightning, and Micro-USB cables, making it easy to charge a wide range of devices.
Absolutely! Our power banks are portable, allowing you to keep charging while you’re on the go.
Charging time depends on your phone model, battery level and whether you’re using your phone while charging.
Check that the cable is connected securely and the power bank has charge. If it still isn’t working, contact hello@321charge.co.uk for assistance.
Rentals cost £2 per 30 minutes, with a £25 temporary card hold applied at the start of your rental.
The temporary hold is released once your rental has ended successfully, subject to your bank’s processing times. Only the applicable rental charges will be deducted from your account.
